How we handle your information

What we collect
When you take the RIA Scale Readiness Score or use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, firm name, your answers, and any notes you add. We also record which link brought you to the page, so we know which channel is working.
How we use it
We use your information to generate and deliver your brief, to reply to your message, and to follow up about your inquiry. Your information is kept in our client relationship records.
Who sees it
We do not sell your information. It is handled only by Cedarbluff RIA Partners and the service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling, email, hosting, and record-keeping tools. Those providers process it only to deliver their service to us.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies and collects anonymous usage information such as pages viewed. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
Booking a call
If you book through Calendly, the details you enter there are handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing rachel@cedarbluffgroup.com.
